Do you offer direct billing?+
Yes, for many eligible plans. Coverage depends on your insurer, plan, therapist and treatment. Bring your insurance information and valid identification; you remain responsible for any unpaid balance.
Are your therapists Registered Massage Therapists?+
Hayahay offers massage therapy with Registered Massage Therapists. Confirm the therapist and service in online booking, and check your plan's provider requirements before your appointment.
Which massage treatment should I choose?+
Start with what you want from your visit: focused attention to tension, a relaxing session or a particular treatment style. Our treatment finder gives general information. Your RMT will discuss your health history, goals and comfort before treatment.
Can I book a same-day appointment?+
Same-day appointments may be available. Check the live booking calendar or call or text 368-889-9952. A time is confirmed only through the clinic or ClinicSense.
Do I need a doctor's referral?+
Check with the clinic about your situation and with your insurer about your plan. Some benefit plans require a referral before they reimburse massage expenses.
What should I expect at my first appointment?+
Your therapist will ask about your goals and relevant health information, discuss pressure and positioning, and obtain consent. You can ask questions, change pressure or stop at any time.
Does massage have to hurt?+
No. Tell your therapist when pressure is uncomfortable. More pressure does not automatically mean a better session.
What should I wear?+
Wear comfortable clothing. Clothing and draping depend on the treatment; your therapist will explain the options and protect your privacy.
Can I book by Facebook or the contact form?+
Please use online booking or call or text the clinic. Website messages, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger do not reserve an appointment.
